The practice of Yoga re-establishes connection between Body & Mind. The word “Yoga” is like the English word “yoke”, has the same origin in the Sanskrit “YUJA” which means to link together. Yoga helps in connecting person’s conscious and intuitive mind.
Since the inception in 2002 Mind & Body Yoga Group is focused on organising different camps, seminars & training programs for Yoga awareness. We believe that Yoga is a practical science for the modern man, woman & children. Office workers sit for hours at a stretch inviting back problems, housewives need proper restoration from their duties, and children require physical regiments that are fun while disciplining the body for their growth.
Manali lead the Yoga Training at Mind & Body Yoga Group and trains in Sports Yoga, Medical Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Artistic Yoga & Deep Yoga. A graduate by profession in M.Com, ADCSSA, have also topped the Institutions & University for her Degree, multiple Diplomas & Certificates in Yoga & Nutrition. Manali takes pleasure in working full time in the field of yoga. Her long practice in the Yoga field gives her the unique capability to create awareness about the fundamental yogic concepts and its benefits. She instigates regular workshops and yoga camps for Schools, Institutions, Organizations and Health Centres. In her elongated experience in coaching yoga and mind organizing system she emphasizes the need of mind and body alliance. Manali has been the Participant, Winner & Referee of several Competitions at National Level & State level for several times for several years.
After successfully working as Deputy Secretary for 8 years she is currently appointed as Deputy Treasurer for Pune Zilla Yoga Sanstha. She has been appointed as Trainer for Indian Lady Team for Yoga for two times and was selected as “Yoga Instructor” for seven times by Maharashtra State Lady Instructor. Introduced Yoga Belle / Artistic Yoga in Pune & promoting the same at different States, National Level Games, Government & Corporate Organizations, Fitness Centers and Institutions through Camps & Competitions. While training Pre Primary and Primary Level Students sculpted 11 National Level Players.
